Service Leader - Banjarmasin
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for one of ASUS service center (Management, Finance, Logistic, and Technical)
  • Support service partner on surrounding area when necessary
  • Lead and coach a group of customer service, engineer, and logistic team
  • Solve any critical customer problem and complain
  • Responsible for service operation and management
  • Co-work with channel sales representative
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) Graduated from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0, majoring in Information Technology (Computer Engineering), Electrical Engineering or Electronics specialization.
  • Experience min 5 years as Service Center Manager or related field.
  • Good leadership skill and ability to lead a small team.
  • Able to manage employees in team.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skill and customer satisfaction oriented attitude.
  • Have knowledge in computer hardware/software.
  • Ready to work hard and under pressure.
  • Understanding Chinese would be an advantage.
